Analysis of the Relation between Coupled Sink and Purification Based on Hydrogen Network Integration 下载免费PDF全文
In a hydrogen network, sinks and sources are generally connected to reactors or purifiers, which affect their compositions and flow rates. The relationship between these streams is studied based on the integration of the hydrogen network to identify the feasible and optimal operating conditions of reactors and purifiers. Equations are deduced to describe the quantitative relationship between hydrogen consumption, hydrogen concentration, flow rates of coupled sink and source, purification feed, and purified product. The purification and hydrogen‐consuming reactor parameters can be optimized in the design and operation stage of a hydrogen network. The case study proves that the proposed method is simple, easy to understand, and can be applied to identify the variation trend line and feasible region accurately without tedious calculation. 相似文献

AbstractEnergy use efficiency in the drying of medicinal and aromatic plants is largely determined by weather conditions and process parameters. While the former are beyond control, the latter can be optimized. In order to achieve such optimization, different energy supply variants, based on typical operating conditions of batch-type grate drying in Thuringia, Germany, were analyzed. It was found that partial air recirculation and integration of heat pumps allow substantial savings in primary energy. However, under the constraint of German energy prices, significant savings in energy costs can only be achieved if combined heat and power generation systems are applied at the same time. 相似文献

Enhanced Hydrogen Generation from Empty Fruit Bunches by Charcoal Addition into a Downdraft Gasifier
Hydrogen production by co-gasification of empty fruit bunches of palm oil could be enhanced by adding charcoal. Physiochemical characterization of raw feedstocks was performed to determine their exergy potentiality. The raw feedstocks, gasified charcoal, and the end product of produced gas were analyzed by different techniques. Gasification experiments were performed using a pilot-scale downdraft gasifier. The heating value, composition of product gas, yield of hydrogen, and exergy efficiency were used to verify the improvement of hydrogen production during the co-gasification process. Charcoal with empty fruit bunches of palm oil leads to a much higher yield of hydrogen than lower charcoal ratios or solely empty fruit bunches. 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锰基富锂正极材料Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.59Co0.01O2。在类似的实验条件下制备了3组样品。分别用3组共计13个样品作为正极、金属锂作为负极制备了扣式电池以研究其首次充放电曲线和Coulomb效率。发现首次充电时平台容量(CP)占总充电容量(CT)的比例为首次Coulomb效率的曲线函数。而首次放电时,在3.5 V两侧均有1个放电平台,其微分容量曲线(d Q/d U)中2个峰的峰值比(PB/PC)为首次Coulomb效率的线性函数。通过分析,提出一个模型来解释锰基富锂材料的首次充放电行为。 相似文献

Tandem organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) have been studied to improve the long-term stability of OLEDs for 10 years. The key element in a tandem OLEDs is the charge generation layer (CGL), which provides electrons and holes to the adjacent sub-OLED units. Among different types of CGLs, n-doped electron transporting layer (ETL)/transition metal oxide (TMO)/hole transporting layer (HTL) has been intensively studied. Past studies indicate that this kind of CGL can achieve the desired efficiency enhancement, however, its long-term stability was reported not good and sometime even poor than a single OLED. This issue was not well addressed over the past 10 years. Here, for the first time, we found that this is caused by the unwanted diffusion of TMO into the underlying n-doped ETL layer and can be well resolved by introducing an additional diffusion suppressing layer (DSL) between them. Determining the degree of degradation is an important means of assessing the efficiency of biological processes. However, one should consider the fact that during degradation, the reference value, such as volume or the mass of total solids, is also subject to change. The assumption that the incoming and outgoing mass flows are identical is only possible for substrates with a high water content and hence, a low energy density. For substrates with a higher energy density, a correction by the gaseous mass flow is required, but usually its quantification is difficult, especially when examining full-scale plants or open systems. Based on the assumption that the mass of inorganic solids is constant during the process, a universally applicable equation has been developed, requiring only the input and output volatile solids concentrations for calculation. 相似文献

This article presents a new approach for solving the Optimal Control Problem (OCP) of linear time-delay systems with a quadratic cost functional. The proposed method can also be used for designing optimal control time-delay systems with disturbance. In this study, the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) is employed to convert the original Time-Delay Optimal Control Problem (TDOCP) into a sequence of nonhomogeneous linear two-point boundary value problems (TPBVPs). The optimal control law obtained consists of an accurate linear feedback term and a nonlinear compensation term which is the limit of an adjoint vector sequence. The feedback term is determined by solving Riccati matrix differential equation. By using the finite-step iteration of a nonlinear compensation sequence, we can obtain a suboptimal control law. This paper addresses the multi-objective optimization problem arising in the operation of heat integrated batch plants, where makespan and utility consumption are the two conflicting objectives. A new continuous-time MILP formulation with general precedence variables is proposed to simultaneously handle decisions related to timing, product sequencing, heat exchanger matches (selected from a two-stage superstructure) and their heat loads. It features a complex set of timing constraints to synchronize heating and cooling tasks, derived from Generalized Disjunctive Programming. Through the solution of an industrial case study from a vegetable oil refinery, we show that major savings in utilities can be achieved while generating the set of Pareto optimal solutions through the ɛ-constraint method. 相似文献
